1. This series of bearings adopt elastic damping elements, which have the characteristics of clear mechanism, stable structural parameters and excellent damping performance. The damping principle is that after the horizontal force reaches a certain degree, the damping spring begins to deform intermittently to realize the buffering effect. When the structure turns, the ball core rotates and releases the torque generated by the upper structure. In earthquake, both rigid anti-seismic measures and flexible anti vibration measures work at the same time to resist the huge earthquake input energy. In the case of large earthquake fluctuation, it can not only ensure the reasonable relative displacement between the upper and lower structures of the bridge, reduce the amplification factor of seismic force, but also maintain the unity of the structure.


This series of bearings can resist earthquakes of magnitude 8-11, and have a good anti-seismic and shock absorption effect on engineering structures in high intensity areas, especially in straight down seismic areas.


This series of bearings are suitable for long-span space structures and long-span bridges, especially for wide bridges, curved bridges and inclined bridges, especially for engineering structures in high intensity earthquake areas.


2. Characteristic

The bearing adopts spherical contact, with large contact area, low pressure, uniform force transmission and small volume.

It can bear universal load, which can bear pressure, pulling force and shear force in any direction.

It can rotate in all directions to release bending moment in any direction

The support adopts damping spring, which can meet the vibration reduction requirements of engineering structure in high intensity area.

The bearing parts are made of steel, and there is no aging problem within 100 years

The dynamic stiffness and static stiffness of the support are large, which ensure the smooth operation of the vehicle

The bearing height is low, which is beneficial to the structural design of the bridge
