The vertical design bearing capacity of the bearing is 400-60000KN

There are 6 levels of bearing capacity of simply supported T-beam: 1000KN, 1500KN, 2000KN, 2500KN, 3000KN, 3500KN.

There are nine levels of vertical bearing capacity: 2500KN，3000KN, 3500KN, 4000KN, 4500KN, 5000KN, 5500KN, 6000KN, 7000KN.

There are five levels of beam capacity: 1000KN, 1500KN, 2000KN, 2500KN, 3000KN.

The friction coefficient of bearing design, under the condition of PTFE plate with silicone grease lubrication, when the stress is about 30MPa, the values are as follows: normal temperature 0.03, low temperature 0.05

At present, the rigid seismic method and flexible seismic method are adopted in the world.

When the vertical bearing capacity is more than 45000KN, it can be designed separately.

Qpz bridge pot bearing is a new type of innovative bearing with unique advantages. Its movable bearing adopts a middle oriented structure, which can ensure that the beam end rotates in the plane through the rotation of the middle steel lining plate

When the vertical bearing capacity is more than 50000KN, it can be designed separately.

There are 24 levels of vertical bearing capacity: The capacity range from 2500KN to 50000KN.

This series of bearings adopt elastic damping elements, which have the characteristics of clear mechanism, stable structural parameters and excellent damping performance.

Vertical bearing capacity range: 3000KN-70000KN.
